What can you cook for lunch

It is known that the lunch menu should include salad, first, second course and dessert.


What salad can I make for lunch?


In the summer for lunch you can make the simplest, but very healthy and tasty salad from fresh vegetables. Take three tomatoes, three cucumbers, cut them into small cubes, add a couple of garlic cloves (or replace it with onions), salt, black pepper and fresh herbs, season the salad with mayonnaise, sour cream or vegetable oil.


What soup can you make for lunch?


Rassolnik is perfect as a first course. To make it, you will need the following ingredients:


- 1/2 cup of barley;
- 6 medium potatoes;
- 2 medium-sized pickles and pickle;
- meat (beef or pork);
- bow;
- carrot;
- salt pepper.


Take a small saucepan, pour water into it, add pearl barley, salt to taste and put on the fire. Pearl barley should be cooked for about 40 minutes. Fill the other pan with water, salt and boil in it meat, previously cut into cubes, the size of which will be about two centimeters.


Wash and clean the rest of the vegetables, cut the potatoes into small cubes, add it to the meat pan. There also put the finely chopped cucumbers.


Take a frying pan, pour vegetable oil into it, on which you will fry onions and carrots. As soon as the roasting for your pickle will be ready, add it to the pan with meat, potatoes and cucumbers, put boiled pearl barley there, pour a little cucumber pickle and bring to readiness.


Lunch


As a second dish, you can use ordinary fried potatoes. Take 10 medium-sized potatoes, cut them into small cubes and put them in a frying pan with hot oil, fry a little. In the same pan should add onions, 1 fresh tomato, salt to taste and pepper. Bring the dish to readiness, stirring occasionally.


Dessert for lunch


For dessert, you can serve any homemade pastries. The simplest dish is pancakes. Mix in a deep bowl three eggs, salt, sugar, milk and flour. The ingredients are best added to the eye, but in the end you should get a homogeneous thick dough.Bake pancakes in a frying pan with hot vegetable oil. Serve the finished dish with sour cream, jam, honey, condensed milk or butter.
