- 2 hard boiled eggs;
- 2 raw yolks;
- 1/3 Art. olive oil
- 1 p. l. green onions;
- 50 grams of pickled cucumbers;
- 1.5 tsp. mustard powder;
- 120 g of sour cream 20%;
- lemon juice or vinegar, salt, pepper to taste.
We clean the boiled eggs from the shell. Separate the yolks from the whites, put them in a bowl, rub with a fork with mustard and raw yolks.
A thin stream, constantly beating, pour in the oil. Add the chopped cucumbers, boiled proteins, green onions, chopped dill.
Stir in sour cream, seasoning to taste with salt, pepper, if necessary, with lemon juice or vinegar.
Store in the refrigerator for no more than two days.
