Sausages with cheese and croutons- a recipe.


  1. sausages 6 pieces;
  2. slice of white bread 6 pieces;
  3. cheese 50 gr.
  4. Red pepper, mustard, greens to taste.


Sausages boil until done. We rub cheese on a fine grater.

Put the sausages on a baking sheet and sprinkle with red pepper. Then make cuts, in which we put a little mustard and smear it.

Stuff and sprinkle sausages with cheese and send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15 minutes until the cheese melts.

To make croutons, cut bread into slices, pour a few drops of olive oil onto them and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Croutons with garlic: after the bread is baked, carefully rub it with garlic, it turns out very piquant. When the sausages are ready, sprinkle them with herbs and serve them on the table.
