Dietary oatmeal pancakes

This recipe is extremely simple, there is nothing superfluous in it. To make healthy pancakes you need only 6 ingredients, which are always on hand:

  • 1 tbsp. oatmeal;
  • 0.5 liters of milk;
  • 0.5 liters of water;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 2 tsp. Sahara.

Mix the milk with water and boil the usual oatmeal cereal. Once it is completely cool, transfer it to a blender and smash to the maximum homogeneous state. Mix the preparation with salt, sugar and egg.

Fry the dough in a hot pan in the form of thin pancakes. For frying, it is advisable to use olive oil, not sunflower oil.

Oatmeal pancakes: a recipe with almonds and banana

The following recipe is more festive. If you are already fed up with ordinary oat pancakes, add some tasty ingredients to them. Of course, almonds and bananas are quite high-calorie foods, but they are also very healthy. To prepare the dish, prepare:

  • 1 tbsp. oatmeal;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 40 g almonds (1 handful);
  • 0.5 tsp. ground cinnamon;
  • 1 small banana;
  • 0.5 tsp. baking powder;
  • 0.5 tsp. ground nutmeg;
  • 0.5 tbsp. cow or soy milk;
  • vanillin on the tip of a knife.

Mix oatmeal, almond and nutmeg, baking powder, cinnamon and smash it all in a blender. You should have some kind of flour. Separately, crush the banana with a fork until it is puree, add vanillin, eggs and milk to it. Connect the two blanks and mix well to make the pancake dough.

Bake the pancakes in a hot pan with olive or sunflower oil. They fry a little longer than regular pancakes, about 3-4 minutes. from each side.In addition, these pancakes come out a little thicker than usual. However, this does not make them less tasty. Serve oat pancakes with almonds and bananas can be just like that, and you can pour them a little honey before serving.
