Mash raspberry mashed with a spoonful of sugar.

Beat the whites, gradually adding sugar until we get a firm, dense foam.

Without ceasing to stir, gently pour the yogurt and raspberry puree into the protein mass.

We put dessert in vases and sprinkle with almond petals for decoration.
