Finely chop the garlic and greens, mix with mayonnaise and vegetable oil. Pork chops salt, pepper and lubricate the mixture. We roll the meat with a roll on the long side, put it in an enamel or glass dish, cover with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, or better at night.

Marinated meat is cut into fairly thick slices and strung on skewers so that the rolls do not unwind.

Fry, as usual, over the coals.
