How to cook fish patties from pollock

You will need
  • pollock - 2 pieces;
  • potatoes - 2 pieces;
  • onions - 1-2 pcs;
  • vegetable oil;
  • white bread crumb;
  • egg - 2 pieces;
  • ground pepper and salt.
Instruction
Thaw the fish and rinse it in water, cut the fins with a knife or scissors, remove the skin. Carefully separate the fillets from the bones. Cut it into pieces, slightly squeeze out excess liquid.
Peel the potatoes and onion, crumble into large cubes. Then skip the onion, potato and pollock twice through a large meat grinder. In the resulting stuffing, add pre-stirred egg. Pepper, salt and mix the whole mass again.
Crumble the bread with your hands in a plate, or cut enough shallow straws.
