How to cook a cherry?

  • sugar - 130 g;
  • cherry - 180 g;

  • water - 750 g

Recipe

  1. Cherry wash, sort, remove the bones and squeeze juice from it.
  2. Gelatin dissolve in boiled water and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Squeeze out the cherry mass with sugar, cover with hot water and bring to the boil: you need to get a syrup and strain it.

  • sugar - 5 kg;
  • cherry - 5 kg.

  • cherry - 300 g;

  1. Wash the berries and pour boiling water over it.
  2. Bring water to the boil.
  3. Throw cherries and sugar into the water, and then mix everything and cook over medium heat for about 25-30 minutes.
