How to Cook Honey-Glazed Lamb Chops



Honey Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
    fresh
  • 2 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard, dijon-style
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard, dry
  • 6 lamb rib chops, cut 1 inch thick
    5 oz. each, trimmed of fat- or loin chops
  • 6 sprig(s) mint, fresh

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except the lamb chops and mint in a small bowl and microwave for 1 minute.

2. Brush the mixture on the chops and broil or grill, turning frequently, according to the following guidelines: 12 minutes for rare, 15 minutes for medium, and 18 minutes for well done.

3. Garnish with mint and serve.
