39-year-old Angela Martin was just such a mom. Five children, all day like a squirrel in a wheel. She always felt lethargic, tired and frustrated. There was no time, no energy, no desire to be engaged in yourself. And it would be nice - because after the birth of the last baby Angela weighed already 90 kilos with a rather modest height.

“I could not eat all day, and then pounced on everything I could reach: white bread, cheese, chocolate, everything and more. Sport? I beg of you.I just ran for the kids, no more work, ”the woman says.

Angela always felt tired. The lethargy, drowsiness, and their faithful companion, irritability, as a result, is already fed up with herself. When her youngest daughter, Olivia, was one and a half months old, something seemed to turn on inside Angela: she decided she no longer wanted to live such a life.

First of all, a mother of many children found a like-minded person - the same eternally tired mother of five children, like herself. Competitive moment? No, rather just a company. They started with training sessions - classes lasted for half an hour, but then six times a week. Three times engaged in fitness on video tutorials, three more went for a walk. The latter quickly turned into jogging.

But the biggest step towards change was diet. With an incredible effort of will, a woman threw refined products and sugar out of her life and cuisine. Oatmeal, tuna, eggs, spinach, greens, fruit - that's all the joy. Angela admitted: it was difficult. After all, she was breastfeeding, not getting enough sleep - you can’t sleep with a newborn, especially when there are four more tomboy in the house. But our heroine, with a titanic effort, stepped over her eternal weariness for the sake ofhalf-hour workouts. After all, a friend is waiting, you don’t want to let down, nobody has canceled responsibility ...

And after only two weeks, she suddenly realized that everything had changed.

“I finally could think clearly. Refusing sugar “sobered up” my head. And the energy has become much more. Weight fell, and each workout, walk or jogging brought more and more pleasure, ”- Angela herself was surprised.

A pleasant surprise was the separation from the pain in the lower back, from which the woman suffered from the first pregnancy. Just needed to strengthen the muscles of the body and the press! After 10 weeks, Angela was already able to run five kilometers. By that time, she was lighter by 15 kilograms.

“While the children are running around, my friend and I are training. Self success inspires better than anything else, ”says Angela.

As a result, for half a year of work on herself, a woman broke up with 25 extra pounds, weighs less than before the pregnancies, and there is as much energy in her as there was never in her life.

“Do not wait for the right moment - when the child will sleep well, when the washing is over.And, most importantly, do not wait for this terrible fatigue to pass. Because this will not happen - Angela gives all the moms the most important advice. - Let it be ten minutes, even three times a week, but take time for yourself. And do not give up, go back to class every day. It is really easy. You just need to decide that spending time on yourself is very important. ”
