  • Get rid of all irritants. Close in a separate room, ask the household not to disturb you and not to make noise.
  • Do not get a job at the place where you usually relax. Do not lie down with a laptop on the sofa or on the bed, this will be a signal to start falling asleep. Take a sitting position at the table.

  • Deceive your body by repeating a working ritual. For example, if at home you are drinking coffee with milk, and at work is black, because there is no place to store cream, then drink exactly the type of coffee you are used to during active intellectual activity.
  • Do not let yourself be lazy and relax - put a hard deadline. Often a comfortable home chair or chair relaxes, and therefore you will begin to passively work and do the task 3 times longer. So watch out for time and for yourself!
