- 3 slices of bread, best from a baguette;
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. l. milk;
- half a tomato
- 3 tbsp. l. grated cheese;
- Dill greens
- salt, pepper
- vegetable oil.
Mix the eggs with milk, chopped dill, salt and pepper. Beat the whole mixture with a whisk or fork.
Slice bread. Put the pieces of bread in the egg mixture and let it soak well, but for now put the pan with vegetable oil on the stove and warm it well. Fry the croutons on both sides, if a little egg mixture remains on the plate, then carefully pour it over the croutons.
Then put ready-made mugs of tomato on ready-made croutons, salt lightly and pepper. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place under the grill until cooked so that the cheese melts and a beautiful crust forms.
