Cheese squares with ham and pepper
You will need
- - flour - 200 g;
- - hard cheese - 100 g;
- - ham - 100 g;
- - mayonnaise - 100 g;
- - Milk 2.5% - 150 ml;
- - butter - 150 g;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- - starch - 50 g;
- - eggs - 4 pcs .;
- - Red sweet pepper - 1 pc .;
- - Dill - 20 g;
- - ketchup - 2 tsp;
- - Tabasco sauce - 3 drops;
- - Baking soda - 1 tsp .;
- - ground black pepper - pinch.
Dough preparation. Sift the flour. Mix flour, starch and soda.
Beat eggs with milk, add ground pepper, stir. Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Sweet pepper and ham cut into very small cubes. In green, remove coarse stems and finely chop.
Combine the egg-milk mixture with cheese, pepper, ham, greens, add melted butter. Stir. Gradually add flour to the mixture. Knead the dough.
Roll out the dough with a thin layer (about 0, 5 cm) and place it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Bake at 220 degrees for 10 minutes (until golden brown).Cool, cut the cake into small squares.
Cooking sauce. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and tabasco sauce. The sauce is ready.
Squeeze out a little sauce on each square using a cooking syringe. Decorate with greens. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
