A well-known TV presenter told how to cook a difficult, but incredibly tender and tasty dish.

Cooking method:

In 2 liters of hot water dissolve all the spices, put the whole onion, garlic and boil. Then in this broth for two hours, boil beef tongue, peel off the skin while it is hot, and put it back into the pan. Note that the delicacy should cool with the broth.

After that, cut the tongue across in small pieces. Fry very quickly over hot coals to a beautiful blush and immediately serve to the table - the cooled tongue becomes dry and inexpressive to the taste.
