Autumn Vegetable Stew

You will need
  • 2 potatoes, 1 zucchini, 3 bell peppers, 3-4 tomatoes, 1-2 medium carrots (optional), 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, a bunch of dill and parsley, 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, vegetable oil, bay leaf, pepper, salt, spices to taste.
Cooking in a cast iron pan. The bottom and walls are wetted with vegetable oil. Then cut the vegetables and onions, put them in a saucepan and set on fire. We do not add water! Cook over low heat with lid tightly closed.
Ten minutes later, add sour cream and mix everything thoroughly. Then again close the lid and simmer another twenty to thirty minutes on the smallest fire until the vegetables are in the final stage of readiness.
