Adjika spicy zucchiniis a recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. 5 kg of squash;
  2. 200 grams of garlic;
  3. 1 kg of sweet red pepper;
  4. 500 grams of hot pepper;
  5. 1 kg of apples;
  6. 1 kg of carrots;
  7. 0, 5l of vegetable oil;
  8. 5 tbsp. 6% vinegar;
  9. 3 bunches of greens (parsley - 2, dill - 1);
  10. 150-200 g of sugar
  11. 100 gr of salt.

Cooking

Pepper and garlic mince. Wash the zucchini and mince (it is advisable to skip the resulting mass again through the mincer). Grind the bitter pepper. Grate apple and carrot through a large grater and add to the total weight of vegetables. Add oil, vinegar and finely chopped herbs.

Boil at least 1.5 hours to 2, see the density of the resulting mass.

Spread sterilized jars into pre-cooked jars and add 0.5 jars to the bottle – 1 tsp vinegar. Roll up.
